Was professional but casual enough to not make you nervous and the interviewer was very nice.
Mostly questions about yourself and experience. Took about 20 minutes and heard back about 2 weeks later.

There are online tests including behaviour tests (how you would act in certain scenarios), one way video recorded interview questions and a final long case study where you are given data you have to interpret and talk about.
Application, online test, job simulation. Can only get to job simulation after completing online test. Application does not require cover letter; only CV. Job simulation covers similar numerical, verbal reasoning sections like online test, but also incorporates recorded video interview element.
Job simulation with built in one way video interviews. There was no face to face or interviews with real recruiters it was all one way assessments that were reviewed by HR and decisions were then made.
