I did the personality test first and after two or three weeks, received the phone call from HR. Phone interview lasted for one hour, and mostly about how you will do in different scenarios.

Really weird. How do you build trust with people through having lunch with them?
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
