Application form, online test, another online test, then assessment centre. I haven’t heard back yet, after the second online test. The tests weren’t too difficult, but included some challenging numerical questions.

Question 1
How would you respond if your manager sent you the following email?
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
