The interview was a nice interaction with the district manager. I felt very at ease with him and felt that I did well. I received a phone call about 2 days later that I got the job.

There is a phone interview first. If OK, then there is a formal interview. Around 2 - 4 weeks for the result. It is not quite hard, but the language skills is the most important during these interviews.
