Interview
I applied online and got a call back 3 months later out of the blue. There were 3 rounds of interviews - an initial phone screening, an in-person with two hiring reps and final round with Group head. The most rigorous screening occurred in the first in-person interview where I answered a laundry list of questions that were mostly personality/fit questions with some technical banking questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Monterrey, Nuevo León) in Jan 2010
Interview
I applied online and was approached via email. Seemed professional until I got there. This was based on HSBC Mexico corporate offices in Monterrey Mexico.
The interviewer seemed like she didn't know too much about the position itself, and was more interested in what I used to do while in college and what I was wearing.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (París) in Apr 2013
Interview
