I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
2 Interviewers, 1 video , 1 present. Read through my CV and just asked very basic questions about my previous experience. The interview was supposed to be competency based. The whole process took 9 weeks and at the end of it they said the role was no longer available as they were restructuring. What kind of company says this to a candidate. There was no feedback whatsoever. What a waste of time and effort for everyone involved. This is not the first time I have heard of HSBC doing this. I even know agencies that avoid HSBC for the same reason. They don't even have a formal candidate feedback system and they are the largest bank in the world

Unexpected: What have you been doing since your last role?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (Pune) in Sep 2016
Interview
There are so many rumours started in june 2016 about many openings in DB but I strongly feels they have never hired single person since then, even after taking interviews every week for last 4-5 months ...!!!
not sure whats the logic and purpose behind calling folks for interviews, telling them you are selected and then not let them join the organisation ..!!!???
specially for TAG & HR Team - Folks if you are bound to call people for interviews you are also bound to give your feedbacks back on time either positive or negative rather than ignoring their emails and calls....!!!
