I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Nov 2017
Interview
Did an online assessment, which then lead to a call back in arranging for a telephone interview. Which was arranged straight away. Was pretty straight forward with competence questions. Interviewer was friendly. Only downside from this experience is I had to wait a couple of months until I had a face to face interview to be arranged.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was relaxed but quite thorough. Some questions were very thought through therefore it is important to take a second before answering. It is best to use the Star technique to have some kind of structure to your answer. The telephone interview lasted 30-40 minutes, there were 2 questions however the interviewer will interrupt to clarify or to ask further questions for example why did you do that, why was it important do so for you. Overall experience was very good, the interviewers want you to do well and you can tell that from their approach.
