I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HP Inc. (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had applied for the interview 1 month back , during last 15 days I made it into another company and had got an offer ,
I was contacted just today for interview with HP , and for salary expectations I mentioned them they need to at least match my existing offer else it does not make sense ,
Got shouted by the HR saying some non sense from her , asking me to guarantee them that I will go with them , even without any interview or salary expectations defined .
If you guys take a month to process the profile , are we supposed to hold out hope that you will call and not interview elsewhere ?
If you are not able to match the salary , call it out , no need to be rude .
I have interviewed other places , if not able to match the salary they negotiate not get emotional and shout .
