HP Inc. PM interview questions

Interviewing for a Product Manager position at Hewlett Packard was a challenging and enlightening experience. The process consisted of several rounds, starting with a screening call with HR, followed by interviews with potential colleagues and finally, with the hiring manager. They asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions, along with situational queries that required me to demonstrate my understanding of product lifecycle, market analysis, and cross-functional team management. Emphasis was put on innovation, customer focus, and ability to handle complex projects. They were also keen on understanding my methodology for resolving conflict within teams and handling setbacks. The HP interview process was demanding but rewarding, providing deep insights into the company's high-performance culture.
