Interview
O processo teve 4 etapas:
- Conversa com o RH - Poucos dias depois de ter aplicado pra vaga, recebi um e-mail chamando para uma call no zoom. Foi bastante tranquila a conversa, a RH quis saber um pouco sobre minhas experiências e me apresentou a empresa;
- Conversa técnica - Nessa etapa a conversa foi em inglês com um dos componentes do time, ele me propôs um desafio e conversamos por 15 minutos;
- Solicitação de documentos - Após a 2ª entrevista, em 2 dias recebi um e-mail para enviar alguns documentos para background checking;
- Proposta - 11 dias depois de enviar os documentos, recebi um e-mail convidando para uma call no zoom e me foi feita a proposta de contratação.
It was behavioral, mainly, talking about my experiences inside and outside of school. This involved talking about projects and being a bit technical about that. This was after I set up the interview with the recruiter.

I had a single round interview | mostly Q/A and discussion on works I might be expected to take part in, quick practical assessment on ideology over a product workflow | overall interview took about 40 minutes.

There're three stage of the interview,
First is virtual onsite group interview with 5 candicate,
if passed the first stage, you'll need to move to onsite interview with your team leader in Taipei.
Third stage is about interviewing with hiring manager.
