Initial round of HR screening. 2nd round with the data department consisting of 3 employees (focusing on behavioural questions). The overall experience was pretty smooth, and the employees were very professional in creating a comfortable experience for me.

The interview process was average, typical questions such as what type of system you familiar with, can you sacrifice your rest time to accommodate for different time zone meeting. Fews late I received a phone call from hr, saying: do note this is not an official offer, however if we offer you xxxx this amount, would you accept this position? And I want to ask further if there’s any additional benefits? He repeated this is not an official offer. This experience was unconventional for me…
