HKA interview questions

Thank you so much for your feedback on your HKA interview experience over 3 years ago. It is helpful to learn of colleague's experiences and I note with interest your process 3 years ago took 38+ weeks with a difficult interview. This is quite long and I do hope you were kept regularly updated during the process. The good news is , despite the lengthy process, you joined HKA and are a current employee. I joined HKA as Global Recruitment Director in July 2020 and we have made significant improvements to enhance our candidate's experience. This is of particular importance to me, and the rest of the global recruitment team. We track our time-to-fill (from the vacancy going live to new hire acceptance of offer) and at April 8, 2021 our current time-to-fill is 8 weeks (including weekends and public holidays). This is the longest time any of our candidates should expect to be in process.
