I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HKA (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2021

Interview

The interview process took about two months from application to offer. Multiple interviews with different levels of management including possible peers. HR was relatively quick with responses to questions and flexible about my start date.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HKA

Interview

Had four rounds. First was HR phone call Second was zoom interview with a partner Third was zoom interview with a director Fourth was case study and interview with a partner They gave me good feedback throughout the month long process just to tell me that I wasn’t a good fit which was confusing considering how many opportunities they had to end it or tell me if they felt that way. Never have I experienced such a drawn out process with conflicting feedback from HR. I was asked the same questions each round over and over so not sure what was expected. HR didn’t seem to have a clue on the process and there was miscommunication it seemed. Complete waste of time.
