2 rounds of interview 1.One overall experience telephonic discussion 2.One technical telephonic video interview- Areas worked on example: Integrations,Activities,data-transforms,Case configurations, SLA, Data model 3.The company had let me know the result in a week.They have rolled out the offer in 2 weeks within a week's joining.

It was a great experience. Had 3 rounds of Interview. 1 was technical. 2 was technical and manager and 3 was also technical and manager. Cleared all rounds and got the offer letter
