HCLTech Senior Test Engineer interview questions

The worst interview I have ever attended. HR are the ones who decide which employee stay because if you write their name in reference column then u are in if not they directly tell you that your resume will not be processed. I had cleared all the rounds and during HR round at the last the HR asked me write his name in the reference column but when I didn't as I was referred by someone else he directly told me that "I will not take ur resume ahead'. After some days when I asked about the updates they told me that my profile is on hold. So much partiality goes on in front of your side.The HR's are doing all this and spoiling someone's future for money.
