The HCL HR reached out to me after seeing my resume on naukri.com. There were about 25 candidates on the day of the interview. This was 6 years back. The interview was very simple and straightforward. 3 rounds of interview in one day.

I was interviewed for the DW BI division. Most questions were around analytics and my experience on call centre analytics, critical path methods etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCLTech (Ciudad Ho Chi Minh)

2 rounds directly with client. The process was quick. HR were really attentive in checking on your interview and provided support along the way. It was a good experience overall

3 rounds of Interview completed in 1 week including offer letter discussion and docs submission. But even after a month no update from HR on offer. They just waste time in taking interview of multiple people and give offer to immediate joiner I believe.

Everything went well but still my offer letter was kept on hold as the position for which I was interviewed was on hold. Even after accepting the offer it was kept on hold!! Very poor professionals.
