HCLTech Consultant interview questions

Personal interview followed by another round of personal interview . First round was in group PI and second round was individual one. In both the rounds the questions were basic not too much technical . They just tried to see the mind set of the person. Some situational questions were also there.

The interview process was very much planned and well organised. The interview was taken considering the requirement of the position. The interviewers were extremely thorough and encouraging through the discussion. Thank you.
