All was really strange, I received an email from a consultant The email proposed 2 possible times, one very early in the morning. If the email of the invitation was strangely formal, the meeting was completely informal. The interviewer was not really interested in my professional experience, only asked personal questions, and repeatedly compared the countries where I lived with her own experience. questions were extremely informal, none based on my experience but more on where I had lived. In the end, when I asked about the recruiting process and steps and her unprepared response, I understood there will be no follow up. It was just a curiosity call. It is shameful such behavior can be allowed in a company like gucci.
