I applied online. I interviewed at Gucci (Heathrow, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
You’ll have a phone interview; if you make it through that then a video interview and then you will finally have an interview with the store manager.
When the managers interview you especially in Heathrow, the environment is very hostile and unwelcoming. Definitely some bias as the feedback has been unhelpful and does the make sense. The recruitment team at HR are wonderful and definitely a good judge of character. My feedback was “nothing negative, they just didn’t think you’d fit well with their team” - nothing constructively critical. Managers definitely come across as very rude. Gucci is a wonderful company and will try again in six months but definitely requires a more rationalistic management team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gucci (München, Bavaria) in May 2019
Interview
Straight forward questioning. The manager was polite and open, was surprised how down to earth. I felt at ease and felt I was heard. A series of question were asked.
