The process took more than one months. The overall experience was positive.
So the interview consisted of 3 stages:
1. 45 minutes phone interview in English with hr managed by an external agency, where they ask you many questions about your experience, education, volunteering experience. After two weeks I received a positive feedback from Gucci HR and an invitation to the assessment day.
2. Virtual Assessment Day: Personal presentation + 2 case studies to do in a group of 8 people.
3. Interview with two managers. Only general questions were asked about the motivation and knowledge about Gucci.
