4 steps: phone interview with HR, in HQ with HR, with manager and finally with director. Long process, some confusions in the middle, complex process for an internship but with very attentive/supportive HR team. They contacted my master’s internship placement staff.

Tell me about you? Why Gucci? What do think Gucci means as a brand? Why fashion?
Online assesment after applying, phone interview with the HR, and then interview with the Hiring Manager. Very straightforward and appropriate for an internship-level interview. Took about a month in total for the entire process, but just a week for the interviews.
Submit the Application online, after they send you a cognitive and personality test + excel and math test. Then follows an HR interview and then an interview with the hiring manager.
