Rapido ed efficiente.
HR Kering è Gucci si sono dimostrati disponibili sin dall’inizio, idem i Manager.
Organizzazione perfetta per il processo di selezione.
Per il primo giorno ci accordammo già una settimana prima e mi presentarono tutte le procedure per tempo.

Online assesment after applying, phone interview with the HR, and then interview with the Hiring Manager. Very straightforward and appropriate for an internship-level interview. Took about a month in total for the entire process, but just a week for the interviews.
Submit the Application online, after they send you a cognitive and personality test + excel and math test. Then follows an HR interview and then an interview with the hiring manager.

Deux séries d'entretiens avec deux enquêteurs. L'entretien dure environ une demi-heure. Vous serez interrogé sur votre formation et votre expérience de stage, votre compréhension du secteur et votre maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique. Le processus d’entretien a été relativement simple.
