Start in a cafe with manager, general interview questions, applied a causal position, it’s smooth and good atmosphere , bit rush, some questions didn’t ask and little bit confused about the commission structure.

I applied online and 2 weeks after I got a call from the store director for a FaceTime interview. I got a second interview with regional director the following week. Everything was perfectly organized and smooth and they made me feel good. I got an offer Andre days after my second interview !
