There wasn't a phone interview pre-screen. I applied on-line and in 2 days got a call and email from the hiring manager and an assistant. The interview on site was very relaxed and informal. They added an additional 1:1 interview on the spot. All of the sessions were "group" style, except for the additional 1:1, the HR session and the second session with the hiring manager. They provided lunch at the cafeteria on-site, but that wasn't part of the schedule. it was added on the spot due to the additional interview.
