Grifols Assistant Manager interview questions

It was four months after applying before I heard back. Then there was an online test, a phone interview, a live interview, a second live interview, and then going through the drug screening and background after the job offer. I applied in June and started on the last day of February of the next year. My experience isn't the norm, but be prepared.

It was just a phone call with the manager. At the end they decided to pick one of their own employees, I don’t see why they bother opening positions then to external candidates, I think they just do it for law purposes.
