Google Technical Program Manager interview questions

There was an HR screening, two phone interviews, and in person interview and panel sessions and discussions. The interview process was a great experience. They provided lunch at google's cafe.

The interview process consisted of a total of 7 rounds: 1. Phone Screening - 15 minutes: Discussion about the role and initial details. 2. HR Interview - 20 minutes: Pre-interview qualification. 3. Hiring Manager Round - A thorough interview covering: • Overall related experience • Multiple scenario-based questions • In-depth technical details of platform failures 4. Behaviour and Leadership (Goodliness) - Situational questions focused on behaviour and leadership qualities. 5. Behaviour and Leadership - Additional situational questions on behaviour and leadership. 6. System Design - A challenging round where I struggled the most. Design Thinking and Technical - Another difficult round focusing on design thinking and technical aspects.
