I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (Dublín, Dublín) in Jun 2021
Interview
First call with a recruiter from the Dublin office, very simple questions like why google why this role, lovely guy and very helpful. My second video interview was with someone from the team. I was given a case study and questions on how to operate in the presented scenario. /further questions were presented as I replied. The interviewer was rather condescending, wasn't clear nor concise, bad attitude. I don't get how some of the people there are considered Googley as this guy hadn't had a bit of googlyness in him.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.

Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
