I went through 2 telephone interviews, hr member was very friendly during the interview however i've had a feeling that the questions were very standard and automated. Interviews were rescheduled last minute twice and the interviewer was late over 45 minutes, what was a bit of an issue due to 8hrs time difference I ended up having an interview at 2am.

Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
