I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (Breslavia) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process with Google has overall been a very interesting experience. Once you pass the initial stage of CV evaluation, you receive an email from your recruiter with a very detailed hiring process description all further instructions. Apart from that, they offer preparation guidance, which has also been extremely helpful for me. The instructions they send you are enough to better understand the role and responsibilities, and are extremely useful in interview preparation process. You will find all the necessary information in their emails, and it is very important to do your "homework" well.

Question 1
They provide sample questions in their emails. But overall, the previous posts on this website on this matter mention all of them, so there is nothing specific that I would want to add. It is important to understand how the Adwords works. If you did your technical preparation well, there is going to be absolutely no problem with answering questions. Good knowledge of Adwords is essential, as well as expertise in marketing in general, online marketing in specific (current state of affairs, trends, peculiarities etc.). You might also want to do some research on Google in general: what they do now, what are their projects, their philosophy, news articles etc. In order to understand the company better, I bought a book "How Google Works" - it was very helpful to understand the company in general. They share some interview tips in that book as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

Interview
It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
