First an aptitude test followed by three on campus interviews which mostly had behavioral questions like ' tell me about a situation when'.The interviewers were nice and friendly. it was followed by a google hangouts interview. The interviewer in this round was not friendly at all.Mostly they check the cultural fit and knowledge about the products that google offers.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
