I had a genuinely positive experience during Glovo’s recruitment process for a Senior TA role. While the process had several steps, they all made sense for the level of the position and they were exactly as described in Glovo's career page. I particularly appreciated the business case, as it was directly related to the role and gave me a real feel for the job, while allowing me to showcase my experience in a practical way.
All interviews were well coordinated, with no las minute cancellations, delays, or unexpected changes — something I truly value as a candidate! Communication was always clear and timely.
What impressed me most was how transparent the team was about the cultural shift they’re undergoing. They addressed past Glassdoor reviews openly and showed a genuine commitment to improvement. Everyone I met embodied Glovo’s values and made me feel like I’d love to work with them.

Although I didn’t accept the offer due to commuting costs (as I don’t live in Milan), the package and benefits would be very attractive for those based closer to the office.
