Globant Senior DevOps Engineer interview questions

Two-round interview process. The first round was an HR/recruiter screening focused on background and expectations. The second round was a technical interview with the hiring manager and a solutions architect, where questions were based entirely on my CV — diving deeper into past projects and technologies I had worked with, such as AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling. No trick questions or algorithm challenges; it felt more like a structured conversation about real experience.
