Globant QA/QC Engineer interview questions

A última etapa referente à avaliação técnica é muito exaustiva pois não aplicam uma prova escrita porém acaba sendo uma prova oral com várias pessoas averiguando o conhecimento de todos os pontos possíveis, gerando uma pressão e avaliação muito desgastante e tensa. Uma prova técnica escrita não causaria esse desconforto e seria mais assertiva

HR called me and took screening round after I cleared this he scheduled 1st technical round and they took my first round for 1 and half hr like seriously u would required 1 and half hr for evaluation of candidate and I cleared 1st round then they scheduled 2nd technical round and guess what interviewer asked me random questions not related to role 2nd round was quite good hoping for call from hr , HR didnt call me for 1 week and then he called and said feedback is negative , why to waste time of candidate if u dnt want to hire them ..
