Mi hanno chiamato molto in fretta dopo aver inviato il CV, e fissato un successivo colloquio nel giro di pochi giorni. Il processo sembra non essere troppo lungo dato che il passaggio è già con il manager e non con HR.

Can you describe a specific situation where you encountered a significant challenge in a team project, and how you contributed to overcoming it?
Prima un colloquio telefonico “conoscitivo” , preso senza appuntamento , dove all’improvviso si trasforma in tecnico in inglese .. e poi se lo passi c’è un colloquio “vero”. Il problema è che chiamando così senza un appuntamento si prende alla sprovvista il candidato, io in quel momento ero in auto sotto un diluvio
