First call with HR , I was called without being given notice but I decided to proceed anyway. They asked me a lot of questions, why this role, why this company and my goals for the role .

5 step: 1 conoscitivo con HR, 2 con responsabile area, 3 test inglese, 4 con HR head office, 5 con IT head. successivamente ti fanno una proposta economica e sei tenuto ad accettare o rifiutare in tempi estremamente stringenti.

Tutto bene, abbastanza freddo ma serio. Mi ha chiesto se avessi partita Iva e a che sede volessi appoggiarmi. È stata professionale e seria. Mi sono trovata bene. Ho rifiutato per via dello stipendio, troppo basso.
