Interview
In person, mix of technical and personal questions. Similar to psychometric style assessment- assessing your style of working and interaction with other colleagues. Technical questions assessing your ability to describe complex technical processes and go into detail on lab protocols.
For internship, there are two rounds. The first are the questions based on video (world of gsk). It’s like answering questions based on different scenarios. The second is the zoom interview with manager. It’s mostly behavioral and fairly easy.
