Met the facility administrator and dietitian at the clinic for the in person interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and then they gave me a tour of the facility.

The interview had 3 rounds- one with the HR, other with the Hiring manager (these two over the phone) after which i was brought onsite for a F2F. I was interviewed by Senior manager, Hiring manager, and Senior resources as well as to be team members.
