There were two phone interviews. First with the human resource department then with the social work lead and regional manager. There were a serious of questions from each person. The process was not too bad.

The interview process was easy, just be prepared to answer the normal questions in the interview process. I did like that you can wear any clothing that you wanted, including shorts.
