There was a lack of structure. We had an initial interview and never heard back. HR had advised that it would be a long process but failed to communicated after I followed up.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
There was a three step process for me. I interviewed with the recruiter who scheduled me an interview with the clinical manager who then hired me. During the hiring process, I had an interview to discuss my background information. This determined if I get to keep the job, which they allowed me to after an explanation. It took about a month and a half before I started. I did have to negotiate pay and that took time to approved but overall, the process was simple.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care in Jul 2022
Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, second round with another team manager, then moved to offer. Took around six weeks but well worth the wait. Virtual interviews over Teams, very responsive in follow-up.
