After completion of application and assessment, a Senior Recruiter reached out to me via email that they have reviewed my application and scheduled the phone interview with me. I received confirmation and reminder emails/ text messages but the recruiter NEVER CALLED ME or replied my email. HR responded the next business day that they have decided to proceed with other candidate. I was never given a fair chance or treated with respect. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
