I applied one afternoon through their website, and almost immediately received a link for a HireVue interview. The instructions were clear and straightforward.
There were 5 questions that required a video response, and you are given 4 tries on each (30 sec to prepare and 3 minutes to record).
Untimed and one try: ~3 written questions; ~3 multiple choice that were actually just selecting what you have experience doing, your availability, and what shift you prefer.
Timed and one try: 3 games, again the instructions were clear and straightforward. 1) You're shown a set of numbers/letters, they disappear, then you enter them. At some point you'll have to enter them backwards. 2) You select squares with matching patterns. 3) A few simulations of a chat with a customer. They give you 3 responses, and you select which you think is best.
Afterwards, you are sent an email with a link to review "your unique profile of competencies", after they've analyzed your interview. Then wait to see if you're selected.
