it was one round of interview, the hiring manager is very nice and friendly, there is really nothing to worry about. If you did not understand, he simply just repeats it

Fast and easy. The whole experience was simple and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had for any job. The recruiter I talked too was easy to talk to any helpful with things I didn't understand. (I've never worked in a call center before so I didn't know what would be asked of me)
