Forcepoint interview questions

Process starte by having a call with HR. Next step was a technical interview focused on Java generics. Afterwards, I had an interview with the group manager, focusing on management and process. Following the last interview (I thought it went good), they ignored me for a week and they mailed me a rejection. Disrespecfull process.

The interview process was quite effective, featuring both technical and general rounds with the team and manager. The team provided a thorough explanation of the role, which helped clarify expectations and fostered a transparent dialogue. This clarity contributed positively to my overall experience.
