I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
First phone interview was behavioral, and then a technical follow up a week or so later. Didn't make it past the technical interview, but I believe that they bring people on-site after that

Interview
I applied through the website. Recruiter emailed me for the interview. I had the phone interview with 2 managers. Both were very nice but at the end of the interview he was like "oh we're looking for more experience people with 20 years of experience". The internet is not even 20 years old. At that time i knew i wasn't going to hear back from them. As i predicted they never contacted me not even with a rejection letter. So unprofessional.

Interview
Very laid back, one phone interview that was technical, then a behavioral interview with the manager and then a chill interview with the team just for fit on a personal level.
