I initially met with Jennifer Snyder to kick off the process. Jennifer is very welcoming, genuine, and has great communication and follow up skills. I had numerous interviews with a large cross functional group and concluded my interview experience with Ryan Windham. The interview experience was very positive.

Interview
I completed two rounds of interviews for this role. While they were transparent about having other final-round candidates, they expressed strong interest in my experience and portfolio. However, during the second round, the hiring manager focused solely on extracting insights about social media strategies and trends, without addressing my experience or the role itself. It was unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, this is becoming more common in hiring.
