In-depth process that took several weeks. Several phone screens with HR, two separate interviews with the hiring manager, half day of interviews with senior leadership, and a dinner interview with the HR team. The questions were typical for the position - describe challenging employee relations situations and how handled, describe a challenging business partner and how handled, process improvements, etc.
