Fidelity Investments VP, Managing Director interview questions

Contacted by the recruiter and had my first of 3 rounds scheduled within 2 weeks. Each round was 2weeks in between. Applied October 28th and my final interview was 12/8. I haven’t heard back after 3 follow up emails. The job is still open and they posted 2 more positions in different locations. I thought Fidelity was better than this, but the ghost applicants just like everyone else.
