I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in May 2023
Interview
Pretty standard like any other company. The recruiter was extremely helpful but the hiring managers were a nightmare. As soon as they saw my appearance I could tell I wasn’t going to get the job. Hiring managers were extremely vague when it came to answering any question I had and they were not interested in hearing anything I had to say. Safe to say I’m glad I was not offered this role. As a previous employee Fidelity is an amazing workplace that cares about the development of their employees and ensuring customers are properly assisted so please do not take my experience as a dealbreaker.

Interview
first round is just a recruiter call, technically it was scheduled but they called me randomly then got a quick rejection from the hiring manager after a week and a half of waiting
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2025
Interview
It was a phone screen interview (1st round) that lasted 10-15 minutes. It mainly consisted of questions that asked about work experience, skills, type of roles you'd be interested in.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Initial recruiter call but I didn’t get the offer due to sponsorship issue. But I had connected with rest of the team and they suggest there have been only 2 more rounds. One technical which is basically asking from resume and a managerial round with hiring manager.
