Applied for the position online, with a resume and cover letter. Had an interview on the phone (my interviewer missed the first one so we had to reschedule). I then went to the site for an in-person interview with 2 managers after getting a tour of the site with a director. They called me and let me know I got the position and had to give a verbal acceptance. Drug test and finer print test at that point.
