I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process consists of three rounds, contingent on passing the Series 6, 63, and 7 exams on the first attempt after completing training. While support and training are provided, the licensing requirements are rigorous and time-sensitive.
The role is advertised as hybrid, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., however this schedule applies only during the first six months. After that period, the position moves to operational hours that run from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and employees may be scheduled for any shift within that window, depending on business needs.

First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
